• Click link (https://myaccount.vwu.edu:9251/)
• Enter your VWU credentials

• Once logged in you have the option to change your password
• If you do not need to change your password then go to next step

• Click on "Enrollment"

1. The "Security Question Box" will appear


• Use the dropdown box to choose your security question. The 3rd question you are allowed to make up your self
• Once complete click "Update". Once updated you can can then sign out of password self-service
