- If a Konica printer or copier is needing a new toner please send an email to email@example.com with the following information
- Printer/copier ID Number
- Location of the printer (Building, room #)
✅ Please put a note on the printer so that your colleagues are aware and that multiple tickets are not created. When the toner arrives the IT Helpdesk will replace the old toner and remove the note.
If you have a printer without a Konica Label it is your departments responsibility to order toner/ink. If you need help identifying the required toner/ink replacement the helpdesk can assist you and will be happy to install it for you when it arrives.
