You can easily add online meetings to your Blackboard Ultra course by scheduling a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams Meeting directly from your course content page. You can also schedule recurring meetings with Google Meet and office hours with Google Appointment schedules.

Microsoft Teams Meeting Integration
You can create a Microsoft Teams Meetings in your Blackboard course.
From Books & Tools, select Microsoft Teams Meetings from the Available tools.
Sign in to create a meeting link, add a title, date, and duration.
The Teams Meeting link will automatically show on your course Calendar and Course Content.
By default, users will be able to access the meeting during the start Date/time.
You can also change the default Release conditions.

Google Meet Integration
Google Meet for Blackboard allows you to create a Google meetings directly in your course.
From Books & Tools or the Content Market, select Google Meet to schedule a meeting.
- Type a title for your meeting
- Choose a Start Date, Start Time, End Date, and End Time
- Type a description for your meeting
- Select Create Meeting
- You can create a meeting for all course members or limit access to specific members or groups.
- You can set Date/Time release conditions and select if you want the show are hide until these conditions are met.
- You can also release based on Performance on a graded item.
Your scheduled meeting will appear in your Activity Stream, Calendar, and Course Content.
When the meeting starts the meeting link becomes available for students in your Course Content.

Share a Meeting Link Created in Google Calendar
You can create a Google Meet or Teams Meeting from your Google Calendar and add the link to an Announcement, Course Content, and/or Calendar Event in Blackboard.

Share an Appointment Schedule created in Google Calendar
You can Add Office Hours to your course Calendar.
To avoid scheduling conflicts, you can first create an Appointment schedule with your Google Calendar.
From your Google Calendar, click to create a meeting and then select Appointment schedule.
Click Continue to customize your booking page.
