    Exporting your files with Google TakeOut

    Google Takeout is a helpful tool where a person can do a bulk export of their Google information. Some examples of the data a person can export are
    • Email
    • Documents
    • Calendar
    • Photos

    How to use Google TakeOut with your VWU account

    1. Go to https://takeout.google.com/
    2. Enter your VWU Email Address and click ‘Next’

    3. Re-enter your VWU email address and click ‘Next’

    4. Enter your VWU Password and click ‘Sign in’

    5. Approve MFA if required
    6. Select the data you would like to export. (The defaults include Email, Photos, and Drive Files)
    7. After selecting the data you want to download click ‘Next step’

    8. Choose a delivery method and click ‘Create export’

    If you choose the “Send download link via email” option, you will get an email to your VWU email account with a download link when your archive is ready. From there you can download your Google Data to your personal device.
