Initial Cox Voicemail Greeting Setup

The initial setup of your voicemail greeting must be done from the phone. After the initial setup, voicemail can be managed remotely.

Enter your PIN and follow the voice prompts. Your PIN was created when you set up your Cox account online.

If you have forgotten your PIN, contact the IT Services Helpdesk at 757-524-5900 to speak to a staff member and have it reset.
