The Cox WebEx App allows you to use your computer or mobile device remotely as your office phone as if you are on campus. This is an optional feature and does not impact how your office phone works.
There are two ways to download the Webex app to your mobile device or personal laptop or computer. Use one of the following methods.

- Download Webex directly from webex.com website at: https://www.webex.com/webexfromserviceproviders-downloads.html
- Select the Webex download appropriate for your device.
- Once Webex is downloaded, select the downloaded file and follow the installation instructions for your device.

- Click the link myaccount-business.cox.com account and log in
- Click on the box labeled “Voice”
- Click on the any of the Webex download links.
- Click on “Applications” under Features
- Select the Webex download appropriate for your device.
- Once Webex is downloaded, select the downloaded file and follow the installation instructions for your device.
Once Webex has been installed, you can use your device to make and receive phone calls as if you were calling from an on campus phone.
