Accessing Teams Meeting Recordings and Files

Once a meeting has ended, you will be able to access all meeting recordings and files like the auto-generated attendance report, in one place.

1. Login to the Microsoft Teams application with your VWU network credentials, either through your desktop or mobile app, or from your browser: https://www.office.com/?auth=2&home=1
2. Select "chat" from the menu on the left.
3. Search for the meeting and select it to display the meeting feed where you will find all relevant files.

Recorded meetings are automatically saved to the One-Drive "Recordings" folder of the individual who hit the record button. In a future 2022 release, Microsoft will implement a limit on the number of days files can be stored here. Users will receive an email warning; however, it is recommended that you download any critically important records and save them outside of the One-Drive Recordings folder.
