• Select the “Meet now” option to start an instant meeting

• To “Invite Someone” into an instant meeting, enter their email

Only VWU accounts can be added through the touch panel

• Once you have invited someone, “Start Meeting” will highlight purple and begin calling the person

• Once the meeting starts, you will see this on the touchscreen will different features you can use during your meeting
