Google Calendar has built in integration to create a virtual meeting using Google Meet. It is easy to add the same capability for Microsoft Teams and Zoom
How To
- From a computer, login to Google Calendar
- Click on the “+” on the right side of your Calendar window
- Zoom and Microsoft Teams are typically located on the main list without needing to search, but you can use the search bar at the top to find them if need be
- Click on the card for the tool that you wish to install and follow Google’s instructions. Make sure to use your VWU account when connecting to Microsoft Teams or Zoom
