Using the Interactive Toolbar
Access the toolbar trigger icons on either edge of the ViewBoard:
Swipe/Tap the Toolbar trigger icon to launch the interactive tools:
Using Gestures
Use your finger or pens to interact with the ViewBoard:
Select/Deselect an Object
Left-click | Display Menu Options
Right-click | Double-Click | Move an Object

Press and release | Press and hold | Quickly press and release twice in the same location on the screen | Press and hold the object then slowly drag it to the desired location | Use a flat hand, palm, or fist to move across the area to erase |
Interactive Toolbar Icons
Drawing on a Projected Image
Draw and annotate on a projected image using the Draw tools with your finger or ViewBoard pen:
Tool | Description |
Pen | Annotate the overlay of any input source with black, white, yellow, orange, red, pink, green, or blue ink. |
Highlighter | Mark and highlight with yellow, grey, gold, orange, red, pink, green or blue ink. |
Erase | Selectively remove digital ink from the screen. |
Undo | Undo the previous action. |
Redo | Redo the previous action. |
Clear | Clears all the digital ink on the screen. |
Save | Save the screen image and any annotations. |
Exit | Close the drawing tool. |

Go beyond a Screen Capture of the current screen, you can record everything displayed in a video format. To launch the screen Recorder application, select the Recorder icon from the Interactive Toolbar:

The background management menu includes custom images, background color selection, preinstalled backgrounds, ViewSonic originals, as well as grid and date/time displays. You can save and upload background images for your specific needs.
