    OneDrive Embedded Cloud Document

    OneDrive Embedded Cloud Document integration allows you edit files without leaving Learn Ultra.

    You can embed a Microsoft Word document, PowerPoint presentation, or Excel spreadsheet.

    • To add Course Content, select Create
    • Select Embedded Cloud Document
    • Embed a file stored in OneDrive for access in your course
    • Edit files in a new tab, making it easy to make corrections
    💡
    You may need to sign in with a Microsoft account to edit the document.

    Students can view a read-only version directly in their browser or you can provide read/write access using OneDrive Cloud Collaboration files.

    OneDrive Cloud Collaboration

    OneDrive Cloud Collaboration allows you to collaborate on files without leaving Learn Ultra. Encourage participation and engagement by embedding OneDrive files directly in your course content and collaborate in real time with Microsoft Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, or Excel spreadsheets.

    • To add Course Content, select Create
    • Scroll down to Participation and Engagement, select Cloud Collaboration

    Both instructors and students can access the OneDrive file explorer to search and manage their files within Learn Ultra.

    Google Workspace Files

    Blackboard has partnered with Google to provide new integration for Google Workspace tools in Learn Ultra.

    • Course Content
    • Learning Modules
    • Folders

    Google Workspace files can be edited inline, improving the user experience.

    • File linking allows instructors to edit the file, with all links to the file reflecting the most current version.
    • File linking enhances the student experience since access to the file is in context.
    • File linking reduces duplicate copies of a file in courses.

    The instructor may need to sign into their Google Workspace account to view and select their files.
