Instructors can access Portfolium from Blackboard to create an ePortfolio assignment.

🚩Blackboard Original
From Assessments, select Portfolium LTI to enter a Name and Description. Click Submit to launch the Portfolium link and create an assignment.
🏴Blackboard Ultra
From the Details & Actions menu, under Books & Tools, select View course & institution tools. Scroll down to Browse all course tools, to add the Portfolium LTI.
From Course Content, scroll to Portfolium LTI to edit and move to the appropriate location. Then click to launch and create an assignment.
Create a New Assignment
Your assignment Name (Title) and Description carry over from Blackboard. Here you create a new or select an existing assignments.
Skills
The required “Skills” and “Category” selections display in the Portfolium project and are searchable.
Scoring
Select from the “Assignment Scoring” options and align with “Outcomes” as appropriate. You can configure Badging to automatically reward students whose submission meet your requirements.
Visibility
“Advanced Options” allow you to select “Project Visibility” and “Grade Visibility” to determine public and private settings.
View Assignments
Once you create your assignment, you can view assignments in Portfolium.
Student View
Students can click the assignment in Blackboard to launch the Portfolium link.
Students can easily view the details and start the assignment.
Your Assignment mirrors the interface student see in any Portfolium project.
Students can further build their ePortfolio in Portfolium using the standard menu.
