Call Forwarding

💡
You can forward your calls to ring at another number in your absence or if you do not wish to be disturbed. However, when your phone is forwarded it can still be used to make outgoing calls.

Turning ON the Call Forwarding Service from Phone

this will send ALL phone calls to the number you specify
  1. Lift the handset or press the speaker key and listen for the dial tone.
  2. Dial *72.
  3. Dial the number to where you want your calls forwarded. Enter the number exactly as if you are calling directly, such as 7-digit, 10-digit, or 1 plus the area code.
  4. Press #
  5. Listen for the confirmation tone, and then hang up handset
  6. Result: Call Forwarding is activated.

Turning OFF the Call Forwarding Service from Phone

  1. Lift the handset or press the speaker key and listen for the dial tone.
  2. Dial * 73.
  3. Listen for the confirmation tone, and then hang up the handset.
  4. Result: Call Forwarding is deactivated.
