Starting a Previously Scheduled Meeting in a Microsoft Teams Room

    💡
Every room that is built with Microsoft Teams Room functionality will have a touchscreen panel located in the room. The panel may be wall mounted, on an instructor station, or located on a conference table
    • Find the touch panel in the meeting space or classroom that controls the technology
    • When you have a scheduled meeting, you can use the touch screen to join. Tap the purple icon that is labeled “Join” to actively join the scheduled meeting.
    ⚠️
If you do not see your meeting listed or if the meeting is listed without a “Join” button, please make sure you scheduled your meeting properly by reviewing our documentation on Scheduling a Microsoft Teams Room Meeting
