Accessing Stream
Stream is fully integrated into Microsoft 365 providing an fast way to capture video. You can create and share video files directly from Stream, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Access Microsoft 365
- Search for Stream and Pin it to your app launcher
- Open Stream to create a new Recording
Creating webcam videos or recording your screen is as easy as 1-2-3.
Recording Video
If prompted, select Allow to use your camera and microphone.
- Click the video capture button to start and to pause recording.
Capturing video, your image will appear.
Recording video, click to pause.
- Once captured, you can choose to Record again or Review your recording.
Review, Trim, or Delete clip.
Click Back to keep and record more or delete and start over.
To Trim, drag the start/end handles.
Click Play to review again, then click Confirm when you are done.
- Once you’re done reviewing your video, click Finish to complete the process.
The Upload will happen automatically.
You can now Share your video.

Recording your Screen
- Click Record screen.
Select a screen to record.
You can share from an open Tab, Window, or Entire Screen.
- Select what you want to share, then click Share.
Capture your screen, narrate, and click through the process.
You can Review, Trim, or Delete clip.
Return to this screen to Stop and Pause your recording.
You can Stop, Pause, and Resume recording.
- Once you’re done recording, click Finish to complete the process.
The Upload will happen automatically.
You can now Share your video.
You can use Microsoft Teams to present live and/or record your screen and video.

Click the Share button to send an email link and/or specify people who can view your video link.
