How to Use the Extron Projection Device:
- Tap Screen to wake up Extron Projection Device
Selecting Source on Extron:
- Tap Source Select on the left side of the Extron screen
- Plug Device into Extron Projection or Select Wireless Presentation. (follow steps for wireless presentation on next page)
- Once Device is Plugged in Select either Laptop HDMI or Laptop Vga (For anything other than the blue VGA cable you will want to select Laptop HDMI)
- Once you have selected your source you will then want to select which Projector you want it to display on.
- If sound is not heard make sure Speakers are selected with a corresponding projector and that the volume on the right side is unmuted and your device is also unmuted
Tap Speakers under the Destinations tab if the sound is still not connecting to the Projector.
Turning on the Projector:
- Tap on Projector PWR / Screen Cntrl
- Tap on for which projector you want to display (Give projector a moment to warm, image will not display instantly)
- Screen should lower after projector is turned on if not select down on which project you want to use
Turning off the Projector:
- Click System Tools to begin to shut down the projectors. Click the tab Off the turn off the projectors and raise the projector screen.
- Once projector is powered off select Power OFF in top left on the Extron screen to power down the Extron Projection Controller
