Schedule from Gmail
Teams and Meet links are easily scheduled from your VWU Gmail account. You can invite guests and schedule rooms.

The Zoom for Gmail add-on allows you to start an instant meeting or schedule a meeting with your email participants in Gmail.
Presenter Control
Teams, Meet, and Zoom all allow you to designate who can share their screen, window, or application to present.
Microsoft Teams Meeting Options
In Teams, you can allow everyone, people in your organization and guests, specific people, or only you and your co-organizers to present.
For remote control in Teams, you can Request Control while another person is sharing to take control of their screen during a meeting.
Google Meet Video Call Options
In Meet, you can allow or restrict participants to share their screen to present.
Google Meet Co-host Options
In Meet, you can also assign a co-host to present their screen, record the call, admit visitors, mute participants, and assign other co-hosts.
Google Meet does not provide native remote/request control functionality.
Zoom Advanced Sharing Options
